Purpose
=======

Kickstart 40.68 has a bug on 68040 systems. The functions IEEESPMul() and
IEEESPDiv() of the "mathieeesingbas.library" crash due to invalid FPU
instructions.

MathIEEESingBasPatch will fix this problem by replacing the faulty
functions with calls to the proper FPU commands.


Installation
===========

Just copy "MathIEEESingBasPatch" to any directory you like and add a line
like "MathIEEESingBasPatch >NIL:" to your "User-Startup".


Source
======

The assembler source code "MathIEEESingBasPatch.asm" is included. It can
be assembled with Ralph Schmidt's assembler "BAsm" (part of "Barfly") by
calling "BAsm -iYourIncludeDirectory MathIEEESingBasPatch.asm".
