If you look on the bottom of Frank's Email in his sig there is his homepage which has the latest (e) version. I downloaded it & then went to a Flash enabled website with Voyager - WOW !

I would add the REBOOT command after the INSTALL one in your BPPCFIX so it reboots with NO original ppc.library
