You basically need

mui38dev.lha dev/mui 319K 208 MagicUserInterface 3.8, developer files

you might want to give an eye to:

MUIUndoc18.lha dev/mui 26K 132 Some undocumented features of MUI

and eventually get the developer part of the custom class you want to put
in your apps.

There is Eric totel's muibuilder, but the code it generates is not very good
(at least the gcc generators I tried are hook based or return id based ),
not all the tags are supported, there's no support for custom classes or private
classes... And it's not drag and drop oriented (the latest working version
wasn't actually)

A tool I sometimes use to save time is bcc, a preprocessor that simplifies the
creation of private classes

bcc.lha dev/mui 66K 152 BCC v3.5 to best solution for MUI/BOOPSI

I don't know if there are better ones, this one is nice for simple classes,
you might want later to customize the generated code, since the source of bcc
is available too.

and of course tons of sources are available on aminet.

Hope it helps

Phil.
