Because I don't have Ced I can't say what happens properly.
Anyway the code seems correct. The problem could be with
the result of PUBSCREENNAME. Insted of calling easyrequest()
try to call the shell command REQUESTFILE with the option
PUBSCREEN set to your screen. If it works....

P.S. the new rmh.library on my hp solves the very hugly problem
with requesters and MUI screens (the bar of the screen in the
leftmost was erased by a ghost window while the requester was
opened, that window is used to put the requester in a pub screen
rather that on the default one; e.g. REQUESTFILE does the same).
