Please note: This version has no installer script yet! You must install all files by yourself! No docs are available either!

To install, copy the files over your old installed version or create a new directory for BlitzBlank. Do not use the distribution archive as working directory because it comes with more than you actually need.

How to install from the distribution archive:

Delete module AmigaSign256 from your old installation.
Copy "BlitzBlankPrefs" to your "BlitzBlank" directory.
The content of "Modules" goes into your "Modules" directory.
Copy "libs/iff.library" into your "libs" directory (normally on your "Sys:" partition).
Copy "BlitzBlank.info" into your "WBStartup" directory (on your "Sys:" partition).
If you have a 68000 CPU then copy "libs/blitzblank.library" into your "libs" directory (normally on your "Sys:" partition).
If you have a 68000 CPU then copy "BlitzBlank" into your "WBStartup" directory (on your "Sys:" partition).
If you have a 68020 or better CPU then copy "68020/blitzblank.library" into your "libs" directory (normally on your "Sys:" partition).
If you have a 68020 or better CPU then copy "68020/BlitzBlank" into your "WBStartup" directory (on your "Sys:" partition).
If you have a 68020 or better CPU then copy the modules ("BB.*")from the "68020" directory to your "Modules" directory.
If you have a 68020 or 68030 CPU with FPU then copy the files from the "68020+FPU" directory to your "Modules" directory.
If you have a 68040 or 68060 CPU with FPU then copy the files from the "68040+FPU" directory to your "Modules" directory.
Copy MagicWB or NewIcons style icons if you want.

Be careful with the DPMS functions of BlitzBlank! If your monitor can not handle DPMS then do not use them! I am not responsible for any damage to your monitor!

Known bugs: Module Atoms may crash input.device.

In case you find bugs, please download the debug version (14 KB) of BlitzBlank. This version needs an Assign "BlitzBlank:" to a directory where it writes a logfile "BlitzBlank.log". This will hopefully be useful for debugging.
