 What is it ?

 It's just a base-converter.

 With the PopCycle gadget you can see your value on a Long Word (L),
 a Word (W) or a Byte (B).

 You can do some left-shift or right-shift with the [<<] or [>>] gadget.


 Why this tiny tool ?
 ********************

 Because I used the equivalent ( DezHexBin ) but it have some problems
 with font other than the topaz 8 :-(.

 Just the bgui.library and the OS2.04.

 Look in the tooltypes of the executable:

 CX_PRIORITY	: The priority of the HotKey
 CX_POPKEY	: DEFAULT: "control alt v"
 CX_POPUP       : YES or NO...

 SmartRefresh   : If NO the window will be in SimpleRefresh Mode.
 AutoAspect     : Adjust window with the aspect-ratio. (Nice with interlaced).
