You mean for files you have no matching filetype for ?
Then it has a simple answer:
DOpus provides a few buildin hidden filetypes where the generic type does
cause your "problem" :).
Solution:
Create your own generic filetype (ie. MATCH NAME "#?", Pri -120) with
the actions you want. This will overwrite the buildin one (which has a
Pri of 127 ...).
