Hello,
We state clearly that you have to make sure that AmigaOS 3.1 is
properly installed. Do you really think we should blow up the
installer script that much that it checks every AmigaOS 3.1 file?
Honestly, I am feeling a bit uneasy about your comment. Should we add
a check whether you have an Amiga or an emulator in the installer
script as well?
We could use that time for developing other important stuff.
Apart from that we never expected something like this to happen. No
one thought about iffparse.library V39 cause this problem does not
happen when you have AmigaOS 3.1 installed.
I am not sure whether we put a general AmigaOS 3.1 check in the
installer script, but I guess we did. But if you have a AmigaOS 3.1
version.library and a iffparse.library 39 you don't have a consistent
AmigaOS 3.1 install. It might even have been some inproper installer
scripts by some other software that simply overwrote the
iffparse.library by an older version.
