Uhm, I did not post from a CS&E mail address, I don't have one :)

Okay, here's something you can quote me on:
With CS&E pulling out of the Amiga market, as David Connolly stated, I
have obtained the right to all their Amiga software, and future
software. Since this all happened on a weekend, I haven't had time yet
to come up with any business name, so for the sake of the argument
going on on this list, I kept the name of CS&E in the discussion here.
With the funds I have I will try and attract Amiga Devellopers (games)
and help them with the distribution of their games (for a small fee of
course :)). My aim is not to "steal" devellopers from existing
distributors, but to attract new "talent" and give them a chance, and
the others the chance to more games.
As soon as I finished all legal details on setting up such a business
(can't be done on a sunday!) I'll post a message to all press
representatives (sp?) who are interested. The name under which I will
operate will be made official by that time, but please allow me a few
days to set things up.
Maybe I responded to fast by jumping in on the CS&E discussion, but
stay tuned for more substantial news.
And Neil and Dave, thanks for your advise! Although the thought had
crossed my mind already to not use a name as well known as CS&E, I
appreciate your concern, and will act accordingly!
