You shouldn't get underruns if you have a lrge enough buffer in MAkeCD
and burn TAO. since MakeCD is able to pause between tracks in TAO, a
buffer large enough to hold the largest single track will avoid any
underruns.
You won't get 12X MP3 decoding on any current Amiga. My CSPPC just about
managed 7X on-the fly. A 20MB buffer ensured I got no underruns on my 8X
writer.
