Hiyas all,
Have recently got my network with my Mediator setup and running reasonably
well. I have been trying to get two things to work and so far have not had
any luck :-/
I have got the PC set up as the Gateway to the net and have got Wingate
running. (is wingate the best thing to use to share the net connection?)
anyways..
strICQ - it tells me it is trying to connect to the server. I have set up a
TCP connection in Wingate and have put the resulting port and IP address
into strICQ (192.168.0.1 and port number 1257) Any ideas? or is more info
required?
YAM - got the program to send and get emails :-)) but.... one slight prob...
when I send a email it sends but then the message just stays in my Outbox
and doesnt get sent to my 'sent' folder.. I am assuming it is because it is
sending it to the PC and then the PC transfers it to redhotant, so YAM gets
confusd because of the speed it is sent? or am I totally wrong? how do I get
it to move a sent message to the sent folder?
