I agree. I went to Blitz after a bit of success with Amos, and found
it very hard going.

Again I agree. Amos allows very good results quite quickly, and is
very well supported with tutorials and manuals. Perhaps I'm not the
one to advise, not being a programmer, but I really enjoyed making a
couple of games with Amos Pro.
