Well only after I emailed DCE directly over the last 2 weeks I finally got a
reply as follows..

After emailing Power and getting the "it'll be next week sometime" (for the
last 4 months) response... it really does show that if you want something
doing... better do it yourself!
I would suggest you do the same, as Power just seem happy to wait til they
arrive rather than chasing up orders with DCE.
