To all,
We were hoping to post an official statement concerning this next week, but
following a number of posts I have just read, I feel I should say something
here now.
Recently, David Connolly of CS&E has been spreading rumours and speculating
on Pinprint Publishing's private affairs - not only to our readers, but to
other parties.
I would like everyone to understand, if they don't already, that idle
speculation and unsubstantiated rumours from misinformed individuals like
Mr. Connolly concerning anything other than his own business should be
treated as such, and not taken as fact.
>From a personal point of view, it upsets me greatly that Mr. Connolly has
continued to speculate on Pinprint's private business, and cast Amiga Active
in a bad light, when we have done all we can to support the Amiga community,
and continue to do so.
It is my understanding that Mr. Connolly does not have Pinprint Publishing's
best interests at heart. If anyone else has heard anything from him
concerning Pinprint Publishing or Amiga Active, I would like to know about
it.
Thanks for your time, and please don't respond to this on the list. Email me
privately if you have anything to say on this matter.
An official announcement will be made at a later date.
David Stroud.
