Hi all
After much consideration - I have decided that it is in the interests of
many people on this list to see the threatening mail I have just been sent
off-list by David Connolly following my post to this list. I think many will
find it enlightening to say the least.

Are you looking for a fight? Saying 'Good riddance' in response to a
sincere apology is in my limited psychological experience an attempt
pure and simple to wind me up. You are editor of a computing
publication, am I correct? If the publisher of your only rival called
your home telephone number during office and pestered your terminally
ill mother to the point of tears would you not feel a little upset?
You give me a location and a time and I will come to see you
personally so you can tell me good riddance to my face. Let me know
your contact details or should I just turn up at VDU?
