My appologies for dragging Amiga Flame into this.

Oops, I hope it didn't read like that. I have nothing but praise for your
site, Phillip.

Sorry, that didn't come out quite as I intended. What I meant was one
announcement in Amiga Flame (early May) and no follow-up postings, which had
there been any (net wide), I was sure you would have covered in Amiga Flame.
I did not intend to insinuate that Carmageddon only appeared in AmigaFlame
on the net, and nowhere else.
What I meant was a game take a long time to write/port, during which
anything may happen as we have seen many a time. Ridge Racer being a
classic racing game example. Until Amiga Carmageddon has seen a bit of work
and is a more likely prospect for completion, baring in mind the other
points I raised previously, I can understand why AA filled 'valuable space'
with other news.

Trouble is, knowing as we do Mr Connolly's firey nature, I had a picture of
him *demanding* assistance from Amiga, then sulking when it wasn't
forthcoming.

I too would love to see such a game available, but no-one knows very much
about CS&E, apart from the public bickering we witness, so confidence in
them producing the port may be the reason for lack of enthusiasm.

Sorry!
