For more on CSS, I'd recommend 'Dynamic HTML, the definitive reference".
(As it's an O'Reilly book, you can refer to it as 'The flamingo book' ;)
Very useful reference sections for HTML, CSS, Javascript, DOM. (In fact,
out of 1000+ pages, only about 160 or so aren't the reference bits at the
back). It's always close at hand here, usually with the camel book on top
;)
