For books on C and/or Java try amazon.com or WHSmith (computing section).
Theres the Amiga-C mailing list at egroups for C

I have a copy of BlitzBasic which I don't use any more. If you send me your
address I'll send it to you.

The latest html specification is at http://www.w3c.org/TR/html401which
describes everything about the latest version of HTML (which is 4.01 btw).
As for HTML books you could try amazon.com or theres HTML for dummies
(thats the title of the book btw). Try the computing section in WHSmith's
my local one has about four or five different books on HTML
