Reboot and at the same time click <shift> a couple times and hold it down
to get into PIV FliFi config screen; untick from the options the
interlaced capture - by default it is usually on. Then <use> and
<reboot>.
You can also set the FliFi to the default 50/60 Hz, if the flashed (via
PMTNG) settings are bad.
