I can certainly vouch for that. AA was completely unavailable in Crewe under
Seymore, but it has taken the mantle from Amiga Format (in terms of
locations and number of copies) as of this month. The only shame is that
it`s taken so long to achieve, which will have had a knock on in terms of
the number of punters still wanting to buy a copy.
And in terms of sales and the ABC issue, whilst I can`t comment on newstand
sales, the dearth of back issues suggests that what is being printed is
ultimately being sold, and surely no business would actually print so few
copies as to guarantee producing an issue at a loss?
