CS&E Letter to Amiga Active readers.

Cosmo's Fun Class will appear on CD in English and German for the low
price of £14.99 before the end of 2000. Back in Time 2 will be
released as the first Amiga/PC dual title also around this time and
Carmageddon will come out in Q3 and Q4 2001 for all Amigas. Amiga
Survivor Issue 9 is available in a matter of a few weeks and Amiga
Future UK is on its way.

My point :) NOT free advertising (don't even think of going there).
My point is ... Can somebody please let Amiga Active know. Has my
company been mentioned once? Am I being unfair by expecting coverage?
I have bought almost all copies of Amiga Active, sent numerous press
releases and spoken with Andrew, David, Mark, Leanne and Russ.

I can forgive comments like those made in Amiga Active about them
being the only UK magazine despite not getting an ABC to prove how
much they are selling. I can forgive them covering up their
distribution problems. What I can't stand is biased journalism in
favour of their old mates. Offering three pages to Power and Eyetech
for £1,000 while demanding £1,800 from me is not acceptable. Neither
is offering credit to Alive Mediasoft and not CS&E. Isn't that saying
something about their opinion of my company?!

Mark Hinton recently responded to my attempts to contact him about
this by getting my home number from the Amiga Survivor egroup and
deliberately calling during office hours to speak to other members of
my family who were very upset by his threats. He threatened court
action for mentioning his distribution problems. He should try
WHSmith first. He's only trying to cover up his own dishonesty.

I've tried to contact him many times since but he is not replying to
e-mails or messages.

I've let everyone on the Amiga Active list know my side of the story.
It will go a little way to explaining why CS&E is not featured either
through the editorial or advertising in Amiga Active.
