I was firstly told by the now former AA distributor that Amiga Active
was closing. This wasn't helpful for a number of reasons but it
turned out to be false information. I had been trying to order a copy
through a local newsagent on the phone BTW. Turns out they have
changed their distributor from Seymour to Comag after deciding
that 'selling through WHSmith was too expensive'. My local Smiths
however also assured me the reason was lack of sales. The change of
distributor probably has something to do with WHSmiths sending
thousands of copies of a very recent issue of AA back to Pinprint
that were simply not selling. Amiga Active still has its subscriber
base.
