Hmmmm. I mainly have small files, so maybe 1024 is about right.
I'm using the "standard" version. The docs state that there's no
performance advantage in using the Direct-SCSI version, and that
it should only be used if your controller "doesn't support TD64
and your harddisk is larger than 4Gb". I'm using a Phase5 Blizzard
SCSI controller and my disk is only 2Gb.
