:-) thats okay - i dont know why people are still playing around with Doom
and Quake when we do have one of the best games now on the Amiga, yep,
HereticII - anyone else here running this game?

if so, how about sometime this or next week we all log into the -Monster-
server and play a game of 'The Siege' - to play this you have to download
the Siege addon- the main code is on the Hyperion website
(http://www.hyperion-software.de) and the data is on Aminet (siege_data.lha)
- once installed we can play a very cool game of Castle attackers v's castle
defenders (with monty-python 'Black Knight' samples....'tis but a flesh
wound!' ))

Siege is played either as 1 v 1 (2 computer deathmatch) opr many v many
(online team-tag fest!) Its pretty much like Team Fortress, but the setting
and required horse-power are slightly less (ie its better for gamers!!)

anyone up for a spot of networked HereticII Siege? Amiga v's Amiga? (monster
is one of the main siege guys, he was very excited when HereticII + siege
came out for Amiga, as a lot of PC players have now left the HereticII scene
to play the later games (QuakeIII, Unreal Tournament and 'that multiplay
where the world is a giant Torus')
