hi,
in answer to your fears.
so long as there are AmigaOS drivers written for the PCI/AGP cards on these
busboards, then Cybergfx, P96, Warp3D etc will work transparently on these
systems - and thus games and apps relying on the hardware will use it
without problems.
as a coder you dont need to know the PCI address, or AGP address of the
card, gone are the days of hitting the stuff directly. you'll just ask
Cybergfx to open a screen, and that will do the work for you.
though I expect some cool scene demo coderZ to hit the mediator PCI gfx
directly and get some great results of course! ;-)
