hi everybody, all my bookmarks disappeared (a pain in the backside but no great tragedy).The next day my 1200 crashed again, only this time all my ISP details have gone as well, all I'm left with is account titles and no data,all my archived and unread mail is gone. I haven't been able to download my mail from egroups but I am reading them of egroups site. My afb mail has been bounced back no such mailbox,can ISP's close your account ?(ukonline)I'm waiting for their reply. any way sorry for rambling on but I've had a totally crap weekend because of this as I'm pretty clueless to what the problem is. I'm using Voyager,microdot2. frustrated Graham
