AsimCDFS converts CDDA audio files transparently, and converts PhotoCD
transparently to IFF so that any Amiga program can use PhotoCD. AFAIK
the OS3.5 utility doesn't do these.
It also handles some drives that hold multiple CDs.
However, it seems to contain a list of particular models of drive that
it works with. As new models come out, I guess they will not be
recognised. It doesn't seem to have a generic support.
Maybe if more people had bought it when they could it would still be
available. MasterISO doesn't work properly without it.
The whole system of every single model of CD drive needing a specific
software driver is absurd. The same applies to scanners. At least
printers have PostScript.
