That I could accept if it was what Weirdscience had told me when I phoned them
on Wednesday, but I was told that it was sent out on Monday. Still, they did
say that if I hadn't received PFS3 by next Tuesday, then they would send me a
replacement, which I am perfectly happy with. Apparently, Weirdscience can't
claim against the post office for a missing item until the item has been
missing for a minimum period of time.
