Hi Everybody,
I've had my 56k modem for a while now, and I've noticed a problem with
it:
If anyone picks the phone up while I'm on the net, it hangs up. My PC
modems aren't this bad, and my broken 33.6k didn't do it either.
So, is there any way to set the modem's error toleration in the ini
string? I couldn't find it in the modems guide. (Or would it be the
ISP's modems fault?)
The problem may not last that long however, as with any luck I'm in my
own flat soon :)
