Just a tad bit confusing. Do you have a graphics card? I know that some
monitors cannot properly sync directly to the scan rates of the Amiga native
screen modes so it's possible that the monitor that you are using does not
directly support the proper resolution. If you have a graphics card, set the
refresh rate up to 64K (aka clock rate) and that should clear out the
problems with the slight moire. The problem is that if you do not have a
graphics card, this isn't an option unless you edit the monitor drivers by
hand... that's where I'm clueless on it.

hi,
has any one had problems with faint lines on their vga/svga/multisync etc
?
they do not show up on my ega monitor, but when i got a scandoo ff and
connected it up then came these lines on it.
i have tried it with a nec multisync svga and a std vga ,and they both have
lines ,but it inly happens about 70% of the time.
i then used a commodore vga adapter and the lines are still there, so it
seems like it is nothing to do with the adapters, but only shows up on the
vga etc.... monitors.
some one did say that the problem is caused by the color clock?
is there a fix hardware/software for this?
