| Subject: | Scsi version |
Hello,
someone (or several people?) wondered why their scsi.device was not of
version 43. The main culprit is probably the "amiga ROM update" file
that wasn´t installed during the main OS installation. I copied the
file over from my 3.5 CD and now my scsi is of the latest version.
I suggest some caution, though. It may be that HDD partitions you have
formatted with FFS -before- adding the ROM update become unreadable...
my browser cache partition did so. I can no longer verify if this
really was the cause, as my reflex was to simply reformat it.
