Eyetech seem like model professionals to me. I can't tell you how
impressed I was to call about a broken A4000 (that's another story in
itself) and find they not only knew the parts inside out, but could
also help out in my insurance case against a courier. Full marks to
Eyetech from me so far - if they make a 3% credit card surcharge so
what? Credit card companies would charge Eyetech somewhere in the
region of 3% so they are passing on the correct costs. I would
definitely recommend Eyetech rather than going with a downmarket
rival and getting into problems. Thumbs up from me :)
