Hello,All
As the Amiga trademark issue is fresh, today I heard something that was
on the same lines (but harsher).
My mate at work is mad about Mini's. He owns about 5. He told me today that
BMW (who have the rights to the Mini - lock,stock and barrel - are forcing
any firm (in the motor trade that deal with Mini's) with court action if
they do not remove "Mini" from their title. This is current as he told me
that when he went up to his usual Mini specialist (The Mini Centre in
------) they had had to change their name to MCB, and other "unnoficial"
but very well known Mini firms were following suit.
So maybe that email to Mr. Peake and Amiga is a good idea. At least we will
get a fair hearing.
