So are you unable to connect or unable to use anything when you are
connected?
The reason you can't get to any of their boxes is due to the fact that it
would appear that:
1) Their DNS servers are down (and cannot be seen from outside their
network)
2) They have a routing loop trying to get to them in the UUNet network
Apart from that - why are you complaining here? Call them and moan about it.
Put something in the redhotant newsgroup or something...

If you put alternative DNS servers in your connection profile - it all works
quite nicely (and very fast as no-one else is on the network using up
bandwidth - LOL)
