Well, AmiTCP does the same a Miami; it dials up your ISP, and
sets up a TCP/IP connection to allow you to communicate.
AmiFTP allows you to download files from Aminet etc., and allows
you to upload too- its bloody good at it too.

Unless you have another magical way, it *would* be useful.
(You could always use Miami though, which you do)
