You did enter your username properly, didn't you?
For example, your email is chris.seward@ukonline.co.uk.
For UKOLs 0845 number, chris.seward would be OK, but for an easynet
number, you need all of it.
There is a London number at 0171 900 1111 and a Manchester one at 0161 930
8220. I'm using the 0161 number right now, so it does work.
