Subject:Using a variable for ADDRESS's host

From: Donald Dalley <ddalley@idirect.com>

Hi, folks:

I have a old one-liner that works just fine:

ADDRESS 'AMIBROKER.1' 'GUI UNLOCK'

When I tried using a variable for the host's port number (I am trying to work
with more than one port number of the same base name), I just can't seem to
get the quotes right:

/* supposed to break the GUI lock of your chosen AmiBroker port number */
AB_host = "AMIBROKER."||port_number
ADDRESS AB_host 'GUI UNLOCK'

Does some-one have a guiding light?
