A bit disappointing, yes. Somehow I doubt Bill Gates has _never_ heard a
Bill Gates joke though. Was it just me, or did he get some reaction out of
him by mentioning Linus Torvalds though?
Paxman could have been a lot nastier to him, but he did ask a few
interesting questions. And I don't think Gates gave a very good image of
himself. He did come across as a bit arrogant and seems to believe he
invented the internet and that MS have done so much in bringing all this
information to everyone. And this odd idea that MS did something
"revolutionary" all those years ago, but that there's nobody else out
there that could do the same again.
