I would suggest that anyone who thinks they _might_ want a copy of the
OS3.5 CD should snap it up the moment it is available. It might not be
on sale for very long, if it comes out at all.
I think it has an 85% chance of being on sale this month, but I wouldn't
bet on it being still on sale after Cologne.
This is just my estimate of events. I hope to be proved wrong.
