Hello,
About getting an A/C to get a catalogue, i asked them via e-mail if i could
get a catalogue even without an A/C they said no but if you fill out the
online A/C application form "But disregard the trade section" you'll get a
Cash With Order A/C
(CWO) and then you can get a catalogue.
Hope this will help the person that was asking about them.
