Xcuse me? PPaint has almost everything dpaint has, except for perspective
and stuff. I assume you meant stencil though, and ppaint does that just as
easily.

Hmm not very good for straight on pixelart.
Id recommend ppaint7, perfect choice for pixelart, and iirc it came free on
a covercd a while ago.
