You should see what they do to them in Peru!

Actually they don't taste too bad - I had 'Sunday lunch' when I was working
out there and roasted and covered with a peanut/pepper/cheese sauce they're
not half bad (if you don't mind all the little rib bones!) I brought back a
recipe book but my wife isn't too keen to try it. [Trust me, I'm an industrial
chemist 8v)]
