Hi all,
Atlast I have managed to obtain the magazine! Eyetech informed me
that the mag was now available on Friday when I called them to
order OS 3.5. I immediately rushed off to Walsall and searched high
and low in WH Smiths but no sign. Much to my wife's annoyance I spent
half of Saturday scouring Walsall and Merry Hill but to no avail.
Saturday afternoon my Brother called me from Cornwall to taunt me - he
had got his copy from WH Smiths in Truro! I couldn't take much more!!
As I work in Altrincham I decided to try my luck during my lunch break
on Monday at the nearest Smiths. It was a great relief to see it there
tucked next to AF. You have certainly produced a superb magazine and
it was well worth the searching.
Anyway, I have a question that I hope somebody can help me with. I
recently purchased Scala 400 to combine lots of separate animations
into a film I am making. Unfortunately, Scala ignores the frame
timings created in MainActor Broadcast. Please...how do I get my
MainActor animations to play from Scala using the MainActor player?
I have tried using the Execute feature in Scala and I notice that the
MainActor player starts up but I tried for hours last night and I just
can't get my animations to run.
Also, while I think about it....is anyone out there using the new
Photogenics on an A1200 030? How does it perform? I purchased it at
WOA and it is unbelievably slow on my machine. Far far slower than any
previous version. Infact, I have now returned to an earlier version
as I find version 4 intolerable.
Bye,
Dale.
