Hey Andy,
I had that problem for a while and I was able to fix the problem by replacing my Buster 11 chip. I had also heard that it might be a power problem but check that you are not taxing down the CPU's PS too much with external components first to help isolate the problem. Take any extra hard drives, floppy drives, and CD-Roms off the power chain to see if that aleivates the problem any. If it does, get a bigfoot for sure or convert your current PS.

Can anyone shed any light on the problem I have with my Picasso IV card
please.
When I boot up from cold the PIV refusese to send a signal to the monitor and
it can take upto ten minutes of turning on and off to get it to work. When the
machine (A4000 CyberStorm 060) is warmed up I can turn it off for a while and
then turn it back on and it will be ok. The card works ok in a A4000 Power
Tower but not the desktop. I seem to recall reading some where that this was a
power problem, is this right, and if so can it be fixed.
