Ask Dave to see if he has one for sale. I know that if he doesn't most of the local user groups has at least one community copy. I just wish that I would have kept the one that I purchased, it's a great momento to have regardless of how sad it really is.

Yes, I remember some Commodore technicians drove over lots of A4000
keyboards and stuff on their last day at Commodore...Damn it, I wish I knew
where I could buy the 'Deathbed Visual' video by Dave Haynie...maybe this is
a hint.
