The latest I heard was that, as you say uni-paderborn (de) got hacked.
Afaik, they're still recovering. Wustl had it's own set of peculiar
problems, and sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk also got hacked.

The recent.cgi/search.cgi stuff doesn't work either. I think this is a
problem with the folks at imperial ( crap university ;-) )
