That I didn't know. I have only used Picasso IIs (and a Draco).
In that case a cheap used A4000 might be worth while.
We don't really know yet how the Zorro adaptor for the BoXeR works, and
whether it will accept a PicassoIV. It would probably make more sense
to look for a goodish PCI graphics card.
