If we were to mention how each accelerator card would affect each graphics
card, it would take a while (and a lot more pages!) The article was intended
to be more of an overview, and dealt with why you should get a graphics
card, the advantages they have over the dated Amiga custom chips and the
options open to you (Zorro cards, C/BVisions, the Ateobus system...). It
also tells you what benefits from the addition of a graphics card (just
about everything!), what suffers (AGA modes) and how to deal with it
(Flicker fixers, scan doublers and software in the form of mode promotion
software).

As I said, it was intended to be an overview rather than an "in depth" or
"the basics of" feature.

But your concerns have been noted :-)
