On what basis do you claim Sufi orders of Islam exist?

I am a Chisti Sufi of Order of the West, and my understanding is that Sufis 
do not and never have had any tie to Islam or any other religion, be it 
Christian, Moslem, Jewish, Hindu, or Buddhist.

Sufis likely were the first of gnosis, and they go back 50,000 years and 
more to the beginnings of homo sapiens, conscious mind in humans. None of 
this can be proven, of course.
