NComm Registration and Upgrade Info

When registering, you will receive a complete version of NComm with no
functions  missing.   The  irritating  requester  at  startup has been
removed.   Remember that by registering, you are supporting the future
development of NComm... It all depends on you.

The  registered versions of NComm are commercial and strictly personal
to the person who has registered his/her copy.  They are not shareware
and  must not be spread or copied to other persons.  Persons who break
these  terms  will  be held responsible for the economical damage they
cause by spreading the registered versions.  Any contravention of this
agreement,  either  by  will  or  by  accident,  will be followed by a
prosecution before norwegian court.

Please Note!
------------
Cheques  (except  from  EuroCheques  written out in norwegian kroners)
will  no longer be excepted as payment for NComm due to very expensive
cashing fees... See below for a list of valid methods.

Registration Price

The price for NComm 3.0 is 40 US Dollars or 250 NOK.

The following methods are accepted when paying for NComm:

o Cash: Send 40 US Dollars or 250 NOK, preferably by registered mail.

o International Postal Money Order: Send an International P.M.O at the
  sum of 250 NOK. Contact your post office for further information...
  Please note that Canadian / US Postal Money Orders are *not* accepted
  since these are worthless in Europe. So, if you live in Canada / the
  US, be sure that you're sending an _International_ Postal Money Order.

o EuroCheques: Send a EuroCheque at the sum of 250 NOK (other currencies
  are not accepted). Make the cheque payable to Torkel Lodberg.

o PostGiro: Transfer 250 NOK to the PostGiro account 0824.0884667.

Upgrade Price
-------------
The price for an NComm upgrade is 10 US Dollars or 70 NOK.

How to upgrade
---------------
All  the  methods above are valid when upgrading, except for PostGiro.
Due to expensive cashing fees, PostGiro can not be used when upgrading
unless you happen to live in Norway...

Upgrade Note
------------
The rules of payment were not this specific in the documents for NComm
2.0.  Several types of payment were used, a lot of them are not listed
above.   The  average  exchange  fee  for  cheques  was  40 NOK.  This
unfortunately means that only persons who clearly specified that their
money should also cover an automatic upgrade have been sent the latest
version.  I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause...
